Silicon Carbide Graphite crucible

The main components of silicon carbide graphite crucible are silicon carbide graphite. These two raw materials have strong fire resistance and fast thermal conductivity. When used in the production of crucibles, they can speed up the heat conduction of the crucible, so that the metal will become hot quickly when smelting. Make the smelting process simple.

The main components of graphite crucible are natural flake graphite and binder. Therefore, it has the advantages of fast thermal conductivity, high temperature resistance, good thermal stability, and does not react with the melt. It is a non-ferrous metal melting and casting device. However, it is very easy to oxidize when used in high temperature and strong oxidizing atmosphere. Therefore, strong oxidizing atmosphere should be avoided when providing different heat sources, otherwise its service life will be reduced. However, with the development of production technology, some graphite crucibles currently have multiple layers of special glaze layers on the surface, which can prevent graphite from oxidizing and enhance the corrosion resistance of the crucible.
