        Graphite plates are made by pressing and sintering high-purity graphite raw materials, featuring uniform density, high-temperature resistance up to over 3000ºC, strong oxidation resistance, and stable performance in an inert atmosphere. It has excellent electrical and thermal conductivity, with a thermal conductivity efficiency exceeding that of metallic aluminum, and a resistivity as low as 10^-5Ω·m. The surface accuracy of the board is ±0.05mm, the surface finish Ra≤0.8μm, it is resistant to acid and alkali corrosion, has excellent thermal shock resistance, and can withstand sudden temperature changes. It is widely used in scenarios such as semiconductor wafer heating, photovoltaic silicon wafer sintering, and vacuum furnace insulation, featuring both high strength and lightweight advantages, with a service life more than three times longer than that of traditional materials.
