Product Description
The use of carburizer in casting can greatly increase the amount of scrap steel, reduce the amount of pig iron or do not use pig iron. However, it is necessary to avoid putting material into the hot metal in large quantities to prevent excessive oxidation and the carburization effect is not obvious and the carbon content of the casting is not enough. The amount of carburizer added is determined according to the ratio and carbon content of other raw materials. Different types of cast iron, according to the need to choose different types of carburizer. The characteristics of the carburizer itself select pure carbon-containing graphitized substances to reduce excessive impurities in the pig iron, and the selection of the appropriate carburizer can reduce the production cost of the casting.
